Cost
There is a €150 participation fee, and all attendees will receive a promo-code to book two nights in a hotel in Leuven with a MIRP-discount. Your total cost for participating in MIRP should not exceed €350, excluding your travel costs to Leuven.

You will receive your confirmation for attending around 5 March 2023, together with a link for the payment. The deadline for payment is 10 March 2023.

Once you apply and your participation is confirmed, you will be connected to someone who will take your €150 participation fee for joining MIRP 2023.

You will also receive a promo code to book your two nights in a hotel in Leuven with a MIRP discount. Your €150 fee will cover coffee and snacks, one dinner and one lunch together during our MIRP-days in Leuven.
It will also be used for overhead costs of running the event, and the creation of some free places for attendees who need support to attend. The venues for the meetings are provided by the city of Leuven, and our great partners. And if you’re coming with us to Oorzaken Festival afterwards, your fee also covers your bus ride from Leuven to Amsterdam on 1 June.
Where to stay and eat
MIRP will take care of a full program and two meals during the MIRP days from the evening of Tuesday 30 May to noon of Thursday 1 June 2023. We will provide you with details of the hotel you can book with the MIRP promo code. This hotel will cost €150 (Hotel Ladeuze) for two nights with breakfast.
You are free to book your own accommodation once we are in Amsterdam Thursday 1 June to Sunday 4 June. Oorzaken Festival will end on Sunday late afternoon
Transport
Leuven is very close to the international airport of Brussels Zaventem.
There is a quick and direct train from Zaventem to Leuven, where we will wait for you in the railway station with directions or a shuttle bus.
If you plan on going to Oorzaken as well, you can also fly to Amsterdam and take a direct train to Brussels and then Leuven.
Thursday 1 June: a bus will take us to Amsterdam city centre to arrive in the afternoon.
